This course consists of three modules:

• Solar Energy Codes and Standards
• Operation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting
• Business Development, Solar Sales, and Customer Service

The course will cover:

• Current building codes and standards that govern the installation of a solar energy system
• System maintenance
• Diagnosing, identifying and correcting operational problems
• Sales and customer service best practices, including Florida law pertaining to solar contracting and sales

In-person, hands on learning laboratories will be included.
